About This Project

Review Forge AI is an in-house SaaS product built entirely by Bluebase Technologies — India's first AI-powered Google review collection system designed specifically for local Indian businesses.

The platform solves a real problem: customers visit a business, have a great experience, but never leave a review because the process feels too complicated. Review Forge AI removes all friction — after a customer visit, the business owner sends them a WhatsApp link in 5 seconds. The customer taps the link, picks their star rating, and AI instantly generates 3–4 personalised, natural-sounding review suggestions. They pick one, it's copied to clipboard, Google Maps opens, they paste and post. Total time: under 15 seconds.

Key features include WhatsApp review requests (98% open rate vs 20% for email), AI review suggestions using Groq's LLaMA 3.3 70B model with Gemini and Claude as fallbacks, a negative review filter (1–2 star customers see a private feedback form instead of Google), QR code collection, an AI reply generator for responding to reviews, and a multi-location analytics dashboard.

The SaaS is fully multi-tenant with subscription plans (Free, Starter at ₹499/mo, Pro at ₹899/mo) managed via Razorpay Orders API with Checkout.js popup. Plan limits are enforced dynamically, and businesses get a 7-day free trial on paid plans. The platform currently serves 2,400+ businesses across Nagpur, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi and other Indian cities, helping them go from struggling to get 12 reviews to collecting hundreds.

Technically, the platform is built on Laravel with a Blade + Alpine.js frontend, multi-tenant architecture, queue-based WhatsApp delivery via wa.me links, Razorpay webhook handling for payment verification, and a 7-day rolling AI response cache to reduce API costs.
