Bluebase Technologies provides web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, custom software development, SEO, digital marketing, and related IT services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project will be defined in a separate written agreement or quote provided to the client.
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information shared by the client at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if project requirements change during development. Any changes to scope will be communicated and agreed upon before additional charges apply.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website, source code, and associated assets developed specifically for their project. Domain names and hosting accounts, where registered by us on the client's behalf, will always be registered under the client's name and credentials.
Bluebase Technologies retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client.
Estimated timelines will be shared at the start of each project. Delays caused by late feedback, incomplete content, or delayed approvals from the client's side may extend the original timeline accordingly.
The number of revision rounds included will be specified in the project quote. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.
Post-launch support and maintenance are offered as separate service plans. Unless a maintenance plan is active, we are not responsible for issues arising after project handover, including those caused by third-party plugin updates, hosting changes, or client-side edits.
Where projects involve third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or payment gateways, the client is responsible for any associated licensing fees or third-party terms of service.
Bluebase Technologies will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality, security, and performance of delivered work. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of business, data, or revenue.
If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced, payment for work completed up to that point will be due. Advance payments already made for work in progress are non-refundable.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
